PILGRIMS’ PARTNER FOUNDATION Offers:
- Expertise to increase the efficiency of your organization
- Techniques for your agency to measure and monitor staff and board development and well being
- Appropriate resources and professional assistance to help meet the evaluated needs
Grants:
Organizations may apply for consultative or technical aid for specific projects, which include, but are not limited to: board and staff development, staff training, and training for the population served by the organization. These consultations could include legal, accounting, medical or psychological training, communication skills, assertiveness training, conflict resolution, etc. A Foundation staff member will help the organization identify problem areas and customize a program designed to meet the organization’s specific needs.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a grant, an organization must:
- Be a non-profit service, educational, or health agency
- Operate in the western United States
- Serve a disenfranchised population
