Pilgrims’ Partner Foundation seeks to increase the effectiveness and well-being of nonprofit organizations in the western United States which serve economically and socially disenfranchised populations.

High turnover, inexperience, job insecurity, burnout, and anxiety are among the common problems faced by nonprofit agencies and the people that staff them. These agencies often lack the financial resources to hire professionals that can help them overcome these obstacles and serve their clientele effectively and efficiently.

The Pilgrims’ Partner Foundation seeks to fill this gap by providing grants for services that will help nonprofits become more effective at meeting their clients’ needs. The range of services offered includes staff evaluations, workshops, and retreats. We have assisted nonprofit staff members develop useful communication skills, improve organization effectiveness, and find well-being within the routinely chaotic nonprofit environment. Our services are not only geared toward nonprofit staff, but their boards of directors as well.
